About Itinerary

Lake Naivasha is the Rift Valley's highest lake (at 1884m above sea level). But there's more to this spot than the lovely blue lake. Here you will have an opportunity to see giraffes and zebras wandering freely in the acacias, Buffalo wallow in the swamps and Colobus monkeys call from the treetops while the Lakes large hippo population sleeps the day out in the shallow waters. You can also visit and learn from Elsamere Conservation Centre, the former home of late Born Free personality Joy Adamson. The region surrounding the Lake is well worth exploring. There are two smaller lakes nearby, Oloidien, and Sonachi, a bright green crater lake not forgetting, the Hells gate National Park.
